• size 40 measures 44,5 cm high from the heel. Circumference at top is 41 cm; this narrows to 38 cm circumference at calf.
• size 46 measures 45,5 cm high from the heel. Circumference at top is 43 cm; this narrows to 38 cm circumference (same as size 40) at calf.
