What are the delivery costs and options?

We strive to deliver your order on time and in discrete packaging. We offer the choice between 2 reknown couriers, UPS and DHL. Each of them offer a set of delivery options that may vary per country.

Shipping Method

When payment is authorized or received, both the customer and Mister B receive an e-mail stating that payment has been processed successfully. We then proceed with expediting your order. When all items are indicated as being in stock: orders received before 14:00 (2 pm) GMT+1 (CET) time are 99% guaranteed to leave the same day. During busy periods, goods will be shipped latest the following day.

In the event that goods are not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail with an expected delivery time, giving you the chance to cancel or change your order, to wait for missing goods to be replenished, or to have the shipment made in two parts (second shipment at our expense).

We ship with UPS. Fast and reliable.

Once shipped, you receive an e-mail with the Track- and trace-details, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep. The e-mail will be sent to the address supplied at the time your order was placed. Goods are shipped using one of UPS' two services.

Standard / Expedited: their standard method which is quite fast. Standard service is used within Europe, and expedited service for overseas. Standard delivery times: within the Netherlands next day. Belgium / Germany 2 to 3 days. Rest of Europe 3 to 5 days. Expedited overseas 7 days.

Express (Saver): this service is even faster and more reliable but quite costly. Delivery times for the Netherlands, next day / Belgium & Germany 1 to 2 days / Rest of Europe 2 to 4 days / overseas 2 to 5 days. For more info about transit times: contact our staff or see www.ups.com.

Mister B Wholesale & Internet BV is not responsible for delayed orders due to problems with UPS. However, we will endeavor to do our best to solve problems should they occur. If you have not received the goods within the expected time frame, please contact us so we can investigate.

We do NOT ship goods to PO boxes or Poste Restante-addresses ('Packstationen').

Guarantee of goods / Faults and Exchanges

Mister B guarantees the quality of all its products for up to 6 months after the purchase date for defects in material or craftsmanship.

Any returns due to defects/complaints will be replaced/credited by Mister B if the return is caused by defects in material and/or craftsmanship. Mister B will not accept/replace/credit returns which are caused by improper use or mishandling, normal wear and tear and/or unacceptable storage and/or maintenance of the disputed item. Damage of rubber clothing items due to sharp objects or oil are explicitly excluded from the Mister B guarantee. Should goods be faulty in materials or craftsmanship, please notify us and return it immediately, unused, for exchange or refund.

Customs / Law restrictions

We are a Dutch company trading in goods that are legal in the Netherlands. Law varies from one country to another. Whether importing/receiving something is legal in your own country of residence depends on your countries' laws and customs regulations. Mister B falls under Dutch law, and is therefore not liable for items that are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities in your country. You, as a consumer must adhere to and be aware of the laws and regulations of your own country. The customer is responsible for any legal problems arising from customs in their country. Under no circumstance will Mister B be responsible for sales and delivery of forbidden goods to the customer's country.

When we ship goods outside the EC, the parcel passes through customs in the destination country. Mister B ensures correct exporting but has no link with your national customs procedures. All costs involved (import tax, local duties, VAT) will be paid by the customer.

Change of mind

The customer is entitled to return any unused items within 14 days after delivery for exchange or refund by Mister B. The following limitations apply:
  • The goods must be absolutely new and unused and have to be in their original and undamaged packaging.
  • We are not able to refund returned intimate toys such as dildos, once removed from the plastic packaging. This is for hygienic purposes.
  • Further exempt from our return policy are goods which are especially produced in accordance with customer specifications (made to measure).
  • In the event of a product exchange (new goods for returned goods), the customer is responsible for transportation costs.
When Mister B cannot deliver a out-of-inventory product within 30 days, the customer can cancel the order if an alternate delivery date has not been arranged.

When products are returned within the cooling down period of 14 days, Mister B will refund the customer within 14 days (usually quicker). When your bank account details are required for a refund, the 14 day restitution period starts once your details have been received in full.

Tracking

UPS
UPS offers tracked service. With this service you will be sent an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email includes a tracking number to monitor the location of your order.

Returns & Refunds

At Mister B we want the customer to be fully satisfied with its purchase. For this reason we offer a 1 year return policy, for any reason, even when it has been opened. Learn more about our returns policy on our Returns & Refunds page.
