How to request a return or refund on your order?

All product returns and refunds require an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) before you can return the items to us.

When you send your parcel to us you can use any courier or postal service you want, whatever is easier or more convenient for you. We do ask you to use Standard delivery and to make sure you get a tracking number.

Don’t like your order? At MisterB.com you’ve got 45 days to change your mind, no questions asked.

Once we receive your un-used item(s) in their original packaging we will refund the purchase price to your payment account within 3-5 working days (excluding shipping costs).

Fair Exchanges

Do you want to exchange something for a different item, colour, or size? We offer you our Fair Exchange policy on items that are un-used and in their original packaging.

  • You cover the cost of shipping the returned items to us, and
  • Once these arrive, we send the exchanged items via standard shipping, at no cost to you.  Please allow 3-5 days processing time.

Is there something wrong with your order?

Sometime we make mistakes.  Did we send you the wrong item, or it is damaged, incomplete, defective or missing?

We might ask you for more information so we can make this right (photos are good).  If you need to return item(s) to us, we ask that you pay for the return shipping costs and send us a copy of the receipt – we will refund this amount to your account.

Our Guarantee and Warranties

Mister B guarantees the quality of all its products for up to 2 years after the purchase date for defects in material or craftsmanship.

Mister B will not accept, replace or credit returns which are caused by improper use or mishandling, normal wear and tear and/or unacceptable storage and/or maintenance of the disputed item.

Damage of rubber clothing items due to sharp objects or oil are explicitly excluded from the Mister B guarantee.
