For sizing we recommend that if you wear size 30 jeans or smaller, you should use the S-M leg harness. If you wear jeans size 32 or larger, go for the L-XL size.
The upper straps are 17cm (S-M) and 19cm (L-XL) long, and the leg loops are 48-62cm (S-M) and 61-75cm (X-XL)
