What warranty (guarantee) do you offer?

Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

We guarantee the quality of all our products for up to 2 years after the purchase date for defects in material or craftsmanship.

If you need to return a defective article to us, please request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Are there any exclusions?

We will not accept, replace or credit returns which are caused by improper use or mishandling, normal wear and tear and/or unacceptable storage and/or maintenance of the disputed item.

Damage of rubber clothing items due to sharp objects or oil are explicitly excluded from our guarantee.

Who pays for shipping?

We ask that you arrange and pay for the return shipping costs and send us a copy of the receipt, we will refund this to your account.  We pay for shipping of the replacement good(s).
