How it works:

• Simply place your cock and balls into the cylinder and attach the hand pump to the release valve.
• The smaller opening into the larger chamber keeps much of your abdomen from being pulled into the cylinder. The larger chamber allows for plenty of extra room for expansion.
• You can then pump your penis and balls to the desired size.
• Be careful when using this product and other penis pumping accessories, make sure you perform this procedure in a safe manner, do not try to pump your penis to be larger than the container. Many men have been able to pump their penises to 20 cm (8 inches) in circumference, and scrotum to 25 cm (10 inches) in circumference.

What Size Penis Cylinder Do I Need To Use?

Two stage cylinders are sized by measuring with a string around the erect penis and balls (near where you would wear a penis restriction ring). Use this measurement with the chart below to determine the first stage size (width).

The second stage should be 2.5 - 3.8 cm (1" - 1 1/2") larger (wider) than the first stage.

To do this:

1. Wrap a piece of string loosely around the base of your erect penis and balls.
2. Mark where the string crosses itself.
3. Lay the string next to a ruler to find the exact circumference. (Note - this method is much more accurate than wrapping a tape measure around the penis.)
4. Penis cylinders are typically sized by 'width', in US Inches. Measurements in Centimeters are also shown below. Please check that you order the correct sizes.
5. Find the measurement most closely corresponding to your penis circumference in the column on the left - your ideal starting cylinder size will be in the corresponding column to the right.
6. Not all cylinders are available in all sizes, please ask us if you need further information
