Details
First, lube the rod and the end of the cylinder (use a good thick lube to provide a good seal), then slide the rod into your anus until the end of the cylinder presses against your anus, and start to pump! It may be difficult to use this cylinder on your own, it is much easier to use with a partner.
The cylinder is 16 cm (6.5 inches) long and 7.6 cm (3 inches) in diameter, and the rod is 25 cm (10 inches) long and 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick. Available in only one size.
