These cylinders are not returnable, so size them carefully.  It is very important to determine the correct size before ordering this product or breaking the seal. Please contact us if you have questions before placing your order.

How it works:

• The LA Pump Two Stage Isolator Cylinder has been designed with separate chambers for your penis and balls, with different levels of vacuum pressure, pulling your penis up and out, and pulling your testicles away from the body.
• This special cylinder is made with three chambers and two valves. The most important measurement is for the penis chamber, in order for this cylinder to work to its fullest, you must be able to fill the penis chamber from side wall to side wall.
• This cylinder will not fit if you are less than 17.8 cm (7 inches) in total erect length and have a penis and ball circumference of 25 cm (10 inches) or above.
• After you fill the penis chamber a second valve allows for adjusting of pressure in the chamber filled with your testicles, when pressure is increased in the testicle chamber it pulls your testicles forward pulling them away from the body.

What Size Penis Cylinder Do I Need To Use?

Two Stage Isolator cylinders are sized by measuring with a string around the erect penis only. Use this measurement with the chart below to determine the size (width) of the shaft chamber.

To do this:

1. Wrap a piece of string loosely around the base of your erect penis.
2. Mark where the string crosses itself.
3. Lay the string next to a ruler to find the exact circumference. (Note - this method is much more accurate than wrapping a tape measure around the penis.)
4. Penis cylinders are typically sized by 'width', in US Inches. Measurements in Centimeters are also shown below. Please check that you order the correct sizes.
5. Find the measurement most closely corresponding to your penis circumference in the column on the left - your ideal starting cylinder size will be in the corresponding column to the right.
