Are there any Customs / Law restrictions?

As a Dutch company, we operate under Dutch law and trade in goods that are legal in the Netherlands. Please be aware that laws and customs regulations vary from country to country. Whether items are legal in your country depends on its laws and customs regulations.

Responsibility:

• Mister B is not liable for items opened, lost, detained, or seized by postal or customs authorities in your country.
• You, as the consumer, must be aware of and adhere to the laws and regulations of your own country.
• The customer is responsible for any legal issues arising from customs in their country.

Shipping Outside the European Customs Union:

• When shipping goods outside the EC, the parcel goes through customs in the destination country.
• Mister B ensures correct exporting but has no involvement in your national customs procedures.
• All associated costs (import tax, local duties, VAT) will be paid by the customer.
