Can I use my Gift Vouchers online?
Mister B Gift Vouchers are a great gift idea, and are a great suprise when placed in a birthday or christmas card! Please keep in mind that the Mister B Gift Vouchers are meant to be used in our stores (Amsterdam, Antwerp, Berlin).
Keep your Mister B Gift Vouchers safe!
They are treated the same as cash - you need to hand them to the cashier when you make your purchase.
Our Mister B Gift Vouchers never expire.
We suggest that you hold on to them if you plan to visit one of our stores soon - this way you get the most value from your voucher.
Can a Gift Voucher be used to pay for online purchases?
We can accept these for use online purchases, but first, the vouchers must be mailed to us to be processed - this adds a little time and expense for you.
In addition, please note that we are unable to give refunds for unused amounts, you would need to use the entire voucher.
To use your Gift Voucher online, please email us with the following information:
- your name, billing address, city, code, country, etc
- delivery name, address, city, code, country, etc (if different)
- delivery contact telephone
- a list of your items (including qty/size/colour, etc)
- details of your gift voucher number(s) (and € value)
