Can You Deliver to a Hotel, Airbnb, or Guest House?

When opting to have your order shipped to a temporary residence such as a hotel, please note that you assume FULL responsibility for the delivery process.

What does this entail?

1. Communication with the Temporary Residence:
   - It is your responsibility to liaise with the hotel (or similar temporary residence) regarding the delivery of your parcel.

2. Missed Deliveries or Unclaimed Parcels:
   - If you miss the delivery of your parcel or forget to claim it from the hotel, you are fully responsible for addressing the situation.

3. Changes to Your Plans:
   - In the event that your travel plans change, and you do not make it to your designated temporary residence, you are responsible for making alternative arrangements to receive your parcel.

4. Returns and Forwarding:
   - If you decide to return the parcel to us, you must coordinate with the hotel to forward the parcel to your chosen address. You bear the responsibility for arranging this process.
