How do I place an order online?

A Customer Account is Recommended, Not Required.

Shopping online is fast and easy.

Even better, with a free customer account you can easily manage all of your orders, shipping queries, product returns, faster checkout and all of your support requests in one place.

* Tip: When you create an account you can save your shopping cart and wishlists for later.

Browse and Search

You can browse our catalog using the menus or the search bar at the top of any of our webpages.

On our category pages you can use the product filters to refine your search by price, colour, size, etc.
On our product pages you can ask a question if you need more information about each article.
Click the red add to cart button when you find your chosen articles, select your size and colour as needed.
You can choose to place your order immediately, or continue shopping.

Clicking on the shopping cart icon on the menu above will show you a preview of your shopping cart.

When you are finished shopping, click the Order Products button in your cart preview.

If the tax is showing incorrectly on your shopping cart - don't worry! This will update when you enter your shipping details on the next pages.

Your Shopping Cart

Carefully check that all items in your cart are correct (article selection, quantity, size and colour).

You can change the quantity by typing in the box, or click the pencil icon to edit the article, or the trash can to remove from your cart.
If you edit your articles, be sure to click the Update Shopping Cart button before proceding.
You can also enter your discount coupon.

Then, click the Order Products button.

Your Shipping Details

Enter your shipping address and select your prefered shipping method.

If you have a customer account, please log in to select from your saved addresses.
Available shipping options and prices will be updated when you enter your shipping address.

Click Next.

Your Payment Method

We ask that you:

Check your order summary (if the tax is incorrect: check your delivery address in the previous step),
Check your shipping address and shipping method,
Check your billing address,
Please use the comment box if you want to leave a note about your order.
If you have a coupon code, enter this now before making final payment.

When everything is ready, select your payment option and click the Place Order button.

You will be redirected to your payment provider's secure payment page. We never store your payment details on our website!

Once your payment is succesful, in the next few minutes you will receive two (2) emails.

Your Order Confirmation email will come from us, and the Payment Confirmation from your payment provider.

If Your Payment is Unsucessful

The original order will be cancelled and you will be redirected back to our website where you can choose another payment method.
Your items will be waiting for you in your cart.
A new order number is generated when you process a new payment.
