What Are My Delivery Costs and Options?

We strive to provide timely and discreet deliveries with fixed rates based on the destination, regardless of weight, size, or box quantity.

The shipping cost is determined by the destination country and your choice of Standard or Express shipping.

The exact shipping price will be displayed during the checkout process when you select the destination country.

For orders within The Netherlands:

UPS Standard and DHL4You:

  • All orders placed before 12:00 noon (weekdays) will be dispatched and delivered the next day.
  • Deliveries take place in the afternoon and evening.

For orders within the European Customs Union:

UPS Standard and DHL Europlus*:

  • Belgium/Germany (2-3 days)
  • Rest of Europe (3-5 days).

UPS Express:

  • Belgium & Germany (1-2 days)
  • Rest of Europe (2-4 days).

* Note: DHL Europlus is not available for Belgium, Germany, and France.

For orders outside the European Customs Union:

  • UPS Expedited: Approximately 7 days.
  • UPS Express Saver: 2 to 5 days.

Countries INCLUDED in the European Customs Union (27 Member Countries):

  • Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Exception Areas NOT INCLUDED in the European Customs Union:

  • Åland, Andorra, Mount Athos, Büsingen, Campione d'Italia, Canary Islands, Ceuta, DUMB, Helgoland, Livigno, Lake Lugano, Melilla, Monaco, Northern Ireland, San Marino.
  • These exception areas are outside the geographical, excise, and VAT area of the EU.

Once your order is processed, an email with a tracking number link will be sent. Please note that this link will display information after the first scan at the UPS depot, usually during the evening of the same day. Contact us if there are any issues or delays in tracking.
