What should I do if I cannot complete the checkout process?

If you are having a problem with the checkout or payment of your order we are here to help.

 

We will need the following information to place your order:

  • the items (name or sku), how many of each, size/colour, etc
  • your shipping address
  • best contact phone number

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

You will also receive a second email with your payment link.
