What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?

If you require assistance with you order or payment we are here to help!

First steps: we always recommend you clear your browser cookies, then close your browser and try again (this works 99% of the time!)

If this does not work, to assist you further we will need to know the following information about your order:

  • the article SKU or name(s), how many of each, size, colour, etc
  • your shipping address
  • best contact phone number
  • prefered shipping method

Please contact us with your information, via:

  • logged in customers can submit a new support ticket, or
  • send us a message, or
  • send an email to [email protected]
  • we are available by phone: +31(0)20 788 3010 (09:00-16:00 Mon-Fri CET)

We will be in touch with you by email, and send you an Order Confirmation. Please check to make sure all details are correct (items, shipping address, etc). 

You will also receive an email with your secure Pay.nl payment link.  You can then choose from several familiar payment options including Visa, Mastercard, iDeal, Paypal, Bank Transfer, etc.

When your order is processed and leaves our warehouse we will email your Track&Trace number.

If you have a registered acount with us you can sign in and view your order details and status online.
