Why can't I request a RMA?

If you run into problems when requesting your RMA, we have a few tips that will help you!

If you are a registered customer but you do not see the order in your customer account:

  • You were not logged in to your account when you placed your order.
  • Please request a Guest RMA.

If your order has multiple shipments:

  • You can only request an RMA when your order is 100% complete.
  • You must wait until all articles are shipped before you can request your RMA.
  • The returns period begins when your last shipment arrives.

Each article can only be returned once. It is possible that: 

  • The article was already processed on an earlier RMA.
  • Earlier you made a RMA in error and then cancelled it, but now you want to return something.
  • Please contact us.
