How do I request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)?

If you placed your order as a Registered Customer:

• Please log in here to request your RMA.
• Click My Returns on the menu
• Click the Create New Return button
• Submit your RMA details

If you placed an order as a (unregistered) Guest:

• Please use this link to request your RMA.
• Log in with your order number and email address
• Click next
• Submit your RMA details
