Why is my order not in my customer account?

You placed the order as a Guest.

When you placed your order, you were not logged in to your customer account.

Can this be fixed?

No, and... no problem!

We cannot link an order to a customer account after the order is paid.

There is nothing wrong with the order.

You will still get email updates, tracking information, and so on.

What if I have a question about the order?

You can always email us or submit a support ticket.

Be sure to email us from the same account used when ordering, and your order details.

The easiest way is to find your Order Confirmation email, click on reply, add your message, and send!

How about returns and exchanges?

You must login as a Guest (using your order number and email).
